The evaluation process is about finding the best method to rent and present your property while helping you be ready and prepared for professional expat rental.
We can help determine the best methods in regards to tax, contract law and current rental market climate. We can also help increase marketability and value of your property with suggested improvements while maintaining a healthy rate of investment. Our eventual target is to determine a rental price based on current market value and fair to your property’s potential.

Screening for the right person is an important part of our service. We want to ensure you have the best tenant and know only the right persons will visit your property. Thats why we add the security of prequalifying all prospect tenants before allowing access to view your property in person.
Applicants who wish to rent your property will then be screened using multiple methods to ensure both stability & sound character. Together we can select a successful applicant based on predefined criteria. Your final approval would then be required for the lucky tenant.
When arranging viewing sessions we keep flexible hours so as to fit all persons’ schedules. This enables us to fit around any prospect and current tenant’s work schedule.
Check in has more to it than copying a few keys.
We firstly negotiate and mediate terms of rental while reiterating your requirements. This is to make sure you wont need to. We then draw up secure rental agreements and general conditions in both Dutch & English. The agreement can be based on methods of rental such as temporary stay or Leegstandwet depending on your situation.
The actual key handover is only possible once confirmation of rental payment and deposit is received. At key handover, a property condition report with photo inventory list will be drawn up. This is used as a reference point for the tenant’s eventual check out.
We also help everything else happen as smooth as possible from the basics to the finer details such as cleaning, maintenance or connecting / disconnecting services like electricity to the right person.
